Shipping
Do you ship outside the US?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer shipping outside the USA. We are looking to expand soon.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been printed and sent off to the carrier, you will receive an email notification with the USPS tracking number.
What is handling time? How quickly will my order arrive?
It usually takes us 1–2 business days to print your order and get it ready for shipping.
Free economy shipping takes 2–5 business days to deliver once the carrier has it. If you upgraded to Standard shipping, it takes 1–4 business days, and Express is 1–2 days. We are based on the West Coast of the United States, so delivery times may be shorter if you are closer.
In short, expect your print to arrive 3–8 business days after you have ordered it, or quicker if you upgraded shipping.
What should I do if my order doesn't arrive/appears to be lost in transit?
Please reach out to us in the contact section of this website to let us know. We can submit a search request to USPS to get a package moving again, or, if it has been sufficiently long since you ordered, we can also ship out a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
Please reach out via email directly at annaantiquityhelp@gmail.com to let us know so we can send either a replacement or refund. Please include pictures of the damage to both the package and the artwork, along with your order number.
Returns and Cancellations
How do I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please reach out to us ASAP via the contact section. If nothing has been shipped yet, we will happily cancel or change your order. If the order has already been shipped, then you'll have to wait for delivery and then initiate a return to get a full refund.
Often we ship out items the same day, so we recommend contacting us immediately or within an hour or two to guarantee your change or cancellation.
How do I start a return?
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, using the original packaging (or packaging that provides equivalent protection).
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving your return to the original payment method and can take up to
5–7 business days to show up on your account.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, you can! You can reach out to us on the contact page, letting us know you want to send back your order for an exchange, and we will start the return process. After your order has been sent back, we will give you store credit that can be used to order the new item you want instead.
Product Questions
What paper type do you recommend?
Here are some more details about the paper types:
Both the fine art paper and the linen-textured paper are acid-free, archival-grade matte papers. The colors look the same when printed on either paper type. The two main differences between them are the textures of the papers and the thickness.
The fine art paper has very minimal texture. What texture it does have is similar to cold-pressed watercolor paper. The linen-textured paper has a crisscross texture to it, somewhat like canvas but much more subtle. The fine art paper is a decent bit thicker than the linen-textured paper (300 gsm vs. 230 gsm), although both are considered heavyweight matte papers.
Our personal recommendation is the fine art paper for sketches and watercolors, and the linen-textured paper for art that was originally an oil painting. In the end, though, you can't really go wrong, as you won't notice much of a difference between the two paper types if you are standing any more than a few feet away.
Do the prints have a border on them?
No, all of our prints are borderless, without any white border around them. If you would like to request a small white border on the print, please reach out to us in the contact section of our website.
Do you offer sizes larger than 16x20?
Unfortunately, 16x20 is the largest size that we can offer at this time.
Do you offer canvas prints?
No, unfortunately not.
Do you offer framing?
No we don't :(
Gee, you don't offer a lot of options. Why not?
AnnaPrintsCo is a very small business operating out of a small print studio in the owner's own home. As such, we unfortunately don't have the inventory space to offer larger sizes and alternative product types, like canvas or framed prints.
Our great hope is that one day we'll be able to afford a larger print studio and the resources to expand the sizes and products we offer. Purchasing from us right now helps make that dream possible ❤︎
Can you offer custom sizes beyond what is offered?
Yes, actually! We are happy to do our best to try to accommodate different sizes than what we offer (as long as they are smaller than 16x20). However, because custom sizing involves some extra work on our part, our policy is to charge the same price for a custom size as the next largest size that we do offer. E.g., a 12x16 print would cost the same as a 16x20 print, and a 9x12 print would cost the same as an 11x14 print. Also, not all custom sizes for all artworks may be possible, as it would involve cropping too much of the original artwork.
If the pricing is acceptable to you, please message us through the contact tab above, and include which specific artwork you want in a custom size and the specific dimensions you need. We will follow up with whether your request is possible, and if so, instructions on how to order.
Can you print my files/custom artwork?
Yes! We are happy to print any files or artwork a customer requests. If you are interested, please go to this link and follow the instructions listed.
